Swiss Light Studio is pleased to offer global delivery services, excluding Russia, Africa, India, and China. Rest assured that your order will be securely packaged and dispatched to a location that suits you best.

We have two delivery options for you to choose from:

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Kindly note that all duties and taxes incurred are the buyer's responsibility. These charges fall outside our jurisdiction and their exact figures are unpredictable. We advise consulting with your local customs office or tax authority for detailed information before making a purchase.

USA taxes- You are responsible for paying any customs duties and inspection delays at the borders. From our experience, the process is usually relatively fast for regular small orders.

When delivering goods to the USA, customs fees are also not taken into account. Each state and the same product may differ in price. for more information, you can contact the customs office of your region.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIMES

Our commitment is to deliver your unique, handcrafted items promptly. Considering our products are bespoke and crafted upon order, we ask for a production period of 5-8 working days. Items that are readily available typically ship within 1-2 working days subsequent to order placement.

ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DURATIONS

  • DHL Express: Anticipate a 5 to 8 business day arrival, location-dependent.
  • Standard Post: Awaiting period is generally 2-3 weeks, depending on your region.

A confirmation email will be sent your way once your order is en route, featuring tracking capabilities to monitor your parcel's progress.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details. The initial scan might take up to 48 hours to show, so there's no cause for concern if the tracking doesn't display immediate movement.

Follow the tracking to know when your item is ready for collection at your local postal facility. (For DHL, USPS, UPS - direct delivery to your residence).

ISSUES WITH RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE?

In instances where the package isn't collected in time (typically within a 3-7 day window) and is returned to us, we offer to resend it, though the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Should the customer decline the reshipment fee or wish to cancel the order at this point, we will process a refund of 50% of the product's price.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
